Nestled among the Italian rolling hills, INSPIRA is a place to immerse yourself in nature, breathe deeply, relax, and regenerate.
We are an organic permaculture farm, and aim to become a farmstay sometime in 2026. Just 30 minutes from the Tuscan coast, we are situated in a blessed position with regards to the region's beautiful nature and amazing cultural offerings.
During 2025, we are focusing on transforming this certified organic farm into a permaculture project. Some key permaculture features we are including: earth-works to build and plant a food forest, a mandala vegetable garden, edible flowers meadow, spiral herb garden, fixed and mobile chicken coops. In 2026 we will expand to include bee-hives, mushrooms, etc.
Additionally, we are dedicating part of our land as a wilderness area and maintaining the existing olive grove. Check out our project section for ongoing news!
During our first year, and as we setup our permaculture project, we will continue the production of a high-end olive oil from our 800 tree grove, and the lavender flowers from our 2000 plants. As our first Summer approaches, our products diversity will grow exponentially to include fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs.
In 2026, we will have honey, mushrooms, fruits, and nuts, and of course more vegetables, as our Food Forest grows.
Just like many of you, for many years we were a couple of business city people, living our very structured routines. We always were lucky enough to have a garden where we grew some fruits and vegetables. We dreamt of the next weekend or holiday to spend some time in nature. Today we find ourselves in beautiful Tuscany with a dream in the making! Our names are Marcela and Mark and we can't wait to share this place with you.
